Exchanges with Ease

If your accessory isn’t quite what you expected, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in pristine condition—unused, with all original tags and packaging included. We’re happy to help you find a piece that feels just right.

Conditions for Non-Returnable Items

We may need to decline a return or exchange if:

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The return request is made after 14 days.
  • The item is marked as non-returnable (e.g., clearance or promotional items).

How to Process a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:

Step 1:  Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and your preference (refund or exchange).

Step 2:  Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions from our team within 24 hours.

Step 3:  Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Step 4:  Send the package to:

Step 5:  We’ll inspect the item upon receipt and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Details

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We’ll notify you once the refund is processed.
