How to Process a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to start your return or exchange:
Step 1: Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and your preference (refund or exchange).
Step 2: Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions from our team within 24 hours.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Refund Details
